April Flew By!

Here is what has been happening in Warrior Territory since we last checked in- hold onto your seats- it's been a wild ride!

All Abilities Dance Hosted by Combined Leadership Classes
The ASB and Renaissance Leadership classes got together to host a day Black Light Dance for all of our students with special needs. They had a snack bar, great music, and best of all, a great time. What a fantastic new tradition to start here at YV! Kudos to Luke Ryan, a senior in ASB, for spear heading the event!

(Congrats to Corissa Stobing!!) They attended workshops, TAUGHT workshops, and were reinvigorated with new ideas and new connections with fellow leadership students. Way to go Warriors!

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee = A HIT!!
Warriors took to the stage for our annual Spring Musical, and the musical comedy was a huge hit! Audiences roared as the Warriors used their music, dance, improv and acting skills to pull together a difficult and wonderful show. The show ran for 2 weeks to great crowds, and guest spellers included parents, students, alums, admin and teachers. It was an outstanding performance each night! All but two performers on stage are SENIORS so the closing of this show was bittersweet.
